YOUTH PROGRAM 2019
The Mingenew Midwest Expo have developed a youth focused program to engage schools and youth in agriculture.
The main objectives set out by the Expo Board of Management include;

Increase youth attendance at the McIntosh & Son Mingenew Midwest Expo.

Provide a safe and fun learning environment for all participating youth.

Engage youth in the agricultural industry through interactive education trails.

Provide students with a sensory learning experience of agricultural products produced in the region.

To encourage the youth of today to take interest in agriculture and their personal development.
The Metal Fabrication and Woodwork Competitions provide an opportunity for high school school students within the Midwest to showcase their work in the fabrication and woodworking industries.

Follow Xpert the Expo Dog on a trail of adventure and discovery. The McIntosh & Son Mingenew Midwest Expo Education Trail is designed for PP to Yr8 students. The 2018 Trail is currently being developed, please contact the

Agricultural Colleges of the Midwest & Wheatbelt and young farmers to the age of 25 are invited to take part in the Young Farmers Competition to be held on Wednesday 14th August 2019.
